The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology, & Laboratory Services (CSELS) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Digicert managed PKI user seats and support. The vendor shall provide 501 Digicert managed PKI user seats. The vendor shall also provide technical telephone and email support to up to five (5) Customer Administrators, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for one year for all technical problems. The vendor shall further provide a call system that allows the administrator to speak directly to a trained customer support representative. Please see attached solicitation for more details.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology, & Laboratory Services (CSELS) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Digicert digital certificate user seats and user support. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The vendor shall provide at the least an estimated 500 Symantec/DigiCert managed PKI user seats that will be issued to human subscribers. The vendor shall also provide technical telephone and email support to up to five (5) Customer Administrators, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for one year for all technical problems. The vendor shall further provide a call system that allows the administrator to speak directly to a trained customer support representative.
