This is a competitive solicitation. This requirement is for services to acquire 500 fresh, whole blood samples accompanied by basic donor information from a blood bank or biorepository with it's own current IRB, and have them processed and shipped to CDC under a specific protocol in order to study Ethylene oxide prevelance. Samples shall be collected under contractor’s existing, current IRB. No donors shall be recruited on behalf of CDC/ATSDR. A mix of race and ethnicities in the donors is preferred, but not required. No personal identifiable information will be requested or transmitted. See attached solicitation for more details.
