The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source, Labor Hour, contract to Georgia Poison Control Center for services to develop a secure system to receive and store antidote information in the state of Georgia. Georgia Poison Control Center is the only known vendor with access to all the stakeholders and organizations necessary to build a system that works in healthcare systems across the entire state. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within seven (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any response must include “56541” in the subject line and be emailed to the Contract Specialist at yto1@cdc.gov by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, July 21st 2021.
