The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source contract for support services to American College of Medical Toxicology (ACMT) in order to acquire AMCT’s proprietary course Agents of Opportunity (AoO). ACMT is the only known vendor that offers this proprietary course with the expertise in Medical Toxicology to meet CDC’s current needs. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(1)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All response must be emailed with "56223" in the subject line to the Contract Specialist at yto1@cdc.gov by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, 07/16/2021.
