Reference: Follow-ons to Existing Web-Based Training on Lyme Disease for Healthcare Providers The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) located in 1600 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta Georgia, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract for communication support services to Banyan Communications, Inc, 530 Means St NW #105, Atlanta, GA 30318. The communication support services will consist of the development of online educational courses that reviews Lyme Disease epidemiology, prevention, diagnostics, symptoms, and treatment. . This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1,and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). A Justification & Approval (J&A) has been prepared in accordance with FAR 6.303. The anticipated period of performance is for a one year base period. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be forthcoming. Interested parties may submit their interest to this notice by 11:00 pm eastern time, April 14, 2021 via email to the contract specialist Idrees Raheem at qnh8@cdc.gov . All interested parties responses received by the closed date specified herein will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
