The purpose of this action is to provide OMHA with uninterrupted and continuous development of functionality, operations and maintenance support services for the Electronic Case Adjudication and Processing Environment (ECAPE) and help desk support services for an end-user base of 11 Field Office locations and OMHA Central Operations of approximately 1200 end users, nation-wide. ECAPE is the an automated system used by the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA) to electronically process Level 3 Medicare appeals. ECAPE was developed by CACI, Inc. and is hosted at Micropact, a subcontractor of CACI, Inc. ECAPE is built on Micropact’s development product used for case tracking, Entellitrak.
