Structural Biology Core (SBC) of Vaccine Research Center (VRC) of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) requests the GPU upgrade for the CryoSPARC cluster installed in NIAID data center at Fishers Lane, Rockville, Maryland. The cluster is required for high-throughput processing of high-resolution cryo-EM data with the purpose of resolving high-resolution structures of proteins related to vaccine research and development. The upgrade must satisfy the technical requirements outlined above, which are necessary to provide the necessary performance.
