The Contractor shall provide an enterprise license for PRISM software to continue access for CMS staff to the Comprehensive Acquisition Management System (CAMS). The contractor shall provide CAMS operations and maintenance support services that include Help Desk/Training support services, combined Financial Interface (FI) (with the Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS))/Data Integrity-Reporting support services. The support will be at a reduced level relative to the current contract HHSM-500-2011-00013B/HHSM-500-B0002 for the base period and further reduced in the option periods, as only the unreconciled universe of contracts will remain in the system for processing through closeout.
