Technical factors will be more important in the evaluation than price. The Government will not make awards at a significantly higher overall cost to the Government to achieve only slightly superior performance. AWARD DECISION: Based upon the final evaluation by the Technical Evaluation Panel and the Contracting Officer, it was determined that Partner Therapeutics, Inc. technical proposal was rated technically acceptable and represents low performance risk. In addition, the price proposal is considered best value to the government.
