The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Division of Enterprise Solutions and Applications Management (DESAM) within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) is planning to issue a solicitation to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to procure Systems Development Services, System Architecture Services and PMO Governance and Support domains for HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) System. The solicitation will have two (2) domains and will be issued as unrestricted full and open competition for Domain One–EHBs Development, Modernization, and Enhancements (DME) and total small business set aside for Domain Two–EHBs System Architecture Services and Program Management Office (PMO) Governance. The period of performance will be a base period of 12 months from the effective date of contract (EDOC), plus four (4) one-year option periods. The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about February 10, 2021.
