The Solicitation will be made available 15 days after the date of this notice. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to solicit and a award up to two (2), Five (5) Year Blanket Purchase Agreement, Base Year plus Four (4) Option Year. The Contractors selected will provide potable water and waste water installation, repair and maintenance to various Indian Nations located in Western New York. This procurement will provide septic construction services, well drilling services, and other associated services for various locations / zones throughout Western New York State using a Blanket Purchase Agreement.
