Response is strictly voluntary, it is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in any formal RFP process that may take place in the future. However, it should be noted that information gathered through this notice may significantly influence our acquisition strategy. All interested parties will be required to respond separately to any solicitations posted as a result of this sources sought notice. Indian Health Service Nashville Area Office is conducting this Sources Sought to Identify Indian Owned Small Business Contractors who posses the capabilities to provide services as specified below, determine availability, and capabilities. Qualified firms shall submit a statement of interest on company letterhead demonstrating the firm’s qualifications. Responses must be complete and sufficiently detailed to address the specific information. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: Company and address. SAM UEI # Business size and socioeconomic status Product/tool capabiliteis the contractor has that can meet the requirements. The contractors technical capabilities in development of a Plugin/tool to meet IHS requrirements if such product does not exist. Description of Requirement: IHS Nashville Area Office is seeking vendors that currently or can provide RPMS/EHR Plug-ins or tool-kits. Specifically a tool to to administer GPRA and other health related screening measures to patients electronically through use of a tablet that uploads data to the patient record automatically.
