THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Indian Health Service Nashville Area Office intends to solicit and award one fixed price contract to Design, Build, Deliver, and Install four fully functional ready to occupy modular buildings. These buildings will provide offices for local community health representatives and PRC technicians, location for tele-medicine services, and serve as a location for the Mobile Medical Clinic vehicles to dock while providing services to the local community. the expected value of the award is Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Delivery will be to multiple locations in the state of Virgina on or near tribal land sites. The Solicitation is expected to be made available before end of year FY22. The solicitation will be 100% set aside for Indian Owned Small Business in accordance to HHSAR Subpart 326.6—Acquisitions Under the Buy Indian Act.
