The modular buildings must meet all current editions of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Uniform Building Code (UBC). The contractor shall ensure modular buildings meet all standard requirements, specifications, and codes for the intended location. See attachment for footprint setup. The modular buildings will be located at 483 Great Neck Rd. South Mashpee, MA 02649. The contractor shall provide the following mobile units. 32x8 mobile office 36x10 mobile office (Wet)
