This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is 285-22-RFQ-0012. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Publication 2022-05, March 07, 2022. IHS intends to award a single fixed price contract in response to this solicitation.
