The vendor shall serve as a single point of contact for telephone, fax line and internet services to support the Center. The service of Voice-Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone services are to be used for daily communication between patients, as well as employees. The Center is requesting replacement of the clinic phone system in the Main building as well as the Butler buildings (two facilities in total). This will support facility upgrades for communication needs and replacing the current system that is not supporting program needs and compliance with codes.
