Vendor to provide Public Health Surveillance on SARS-COV2 variant/s for the Nashville Area Indian Health Service. Locations within the Nashville Area span 14 states from Maine to Florida to Eastern Texas. Each location utilizes a reference laboratory within their region. Vendor will work with location and/or regional reference labs to prepare, transport and deliver the samples for variant testing to ensure proper adherence to specimen collection/handling. Vendor will comply with HIPAA/Privacy laws as they relate to patient care. Specific locations and addresses related to variant testing to be provided after contract is awarded. Deliverables: Signed Business Associate Agreement with each of the locations in the Nashville Area Indian Health Service. To provide surveillance viral sequencing data by location to location and Area Chief Medical Officer regarding the number of SARS-COV2 strains existing for tests on a weekly basis.
