This will support facility upgrades for communication needs and replacing the current system that is not supporting program needs and compliance with codes. Phone system to support program needs New phones and other installation equipment needed to support phone services Support/technical assistance, training, troubleshooting assistance, providing phone manuals and customer support services. POTS lines installation/evaluation to meet building needs and comply with building codes, https://www.ncosfm.gov/codes Must have call handler and voice over voice mail Installation of copper connection Other but not limited to: changing phone names in system, adding voicemail to email, maintaining VoIP fax line, replacing phones if needed.
