The Shinnecock Health Clinic would like to contract Telehealth for monitoring of the population most vulnerable to COVID-19 infection. This program will offer flexibility for patients with, or at risk of contracting COVID-19 to access screening or monitoring care while avoiding exposure to others. Aan ongoing telehealth program will allow the Health Clinic to strengthen our rural community health efforts by focusing on quality improvement, increasing health care access, coordination of care, and integration of services.
