Indian Health Service (IHS) Nashville Area Office intends to solicit and purchase 4 modular buildings for the Mid-Atlantic Service Unit to be installed at multiple tribal locations in the Mid-Atlantic region. IHS intends to utilize the Design-Build (DB) delivery method, with the DB contract procured by competitive negotiation using a two phase design-build selection procedure (FAR Subpart 36.3). A single DB contract will be issued inresponse to the Solicitation in accordance to the Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures The Proposed Solicitation Number for will be 285-21-RFP-0003. A Solicitaiton will be posted 15 days after the date of this presolicitaiton notice with an estimated closing date of August 28, 2021. IHS Intends to solicit this requirement as a 100% Small Business Setaside. The Proposed NAICS code used for this solicitation is 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, and the size standard is 750 Employees. Contract Award Dollar Amount is estimated to be between $800,000 and $1,500,000. Delivery schedule, Duration of the contract period, and other requirements will be established at the time of solicition. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
