The Indian Health Service (IHS), Nashville Area Office intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation number for this procurement is 285-20-RFQ-0029 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 Effective May 6, 2020. The associated North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1250 employees. The Indian Health Service, Nashville Area Office is requesting quotes for the installation of a turnkey WiFi network, which includes a switch, firewall and access points and must be compliant with Indian Health Service (IHS) and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requirements. This installation will require replacement of all workgroup switches at each location with one of two Cisco brand switches required by the IHS network Operations Support Center (Cisco workgroup switches are non-negotiable). These switched are identified in the addendum including the required configuration. This WiFi network will be for internal use only, no guest services will be permitted. The network will not carry formally classified material, but will process Personally Identifiable Information / Personal Health Information (PII/PHI) and must ensure protection against unauthorized access. WiFi network must meet IHS, DHHS, and NIST guidance listed in SOW.
