CMS requires Operations and Maintenance support for its Identity Management System (IDM), which provides enterprise authentication, identity proofing, access management, and application integration for over 800 CMS applications. Services include multi-factor authentication, cloud infrastructure management, application integration, and security compliance aligned with NIST 800-63, CMS ARS, and FISMA. This acquisition is an eight-month extension of an existing task order to maintain continuity of mission-essential services and support ongoing ICAM modernization initiatives. The period of performance is September 12, 2026 through May 11, 2027. The work will be conducted under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule.
