CMS is seeking feedback from all Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) stakeholders—including state agencies, vendors, systems integrators, standards organizations, providers, and industry experts—to inform the development of the MES IT Standards Program. The goal is to gather actionable input on the most significant barriers to MES transformation, identifying what works well, what needs improvement, and how CMS can best support a move toward greater standardization, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness. Respondents are asked to be clear and concise and to label their answers with the corresponding question identifiers. Responses should be submitted via email to the designated points of contact.
