Performance Measurement for the Medicare Advantage Program

Notice ID:260146J

This notice posts a Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) for the Performance Measurement for the Medicare Advantage Program procurement and states it is not an active procurement opportunity, but a required posting following task order award. The LSJ is posted under GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(3)(i), which requires publication within 14 days after an order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold is placed on an LSJ basis. The associated task order is intended to support CMS in evaluating and approving each Special Needs Plan’s (SNP) model of care (MOC). Federal law and regulations require Medicare Advantage Organizations offering SNPs to have an evidenced-based MOC approved by NCQA, which owns the proprietary HEDIS® performance measures and related data collection system. The approved LSJ is included in the notice’s attachments.
