The Office of Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) seeks a partner to establish a Diagnostics/Medical Devices Hub as part of an accelerator network to enhance global health security and commercialization support. The hub will provide acceleration services, product development support, and build a rapid emergency response infrastructure for diagnostics and medical devices. It will focus on pathogen-agnostic surveillance, point-of-care and at-home diagnostics, and innovative medical devices for casualty care and respiratory health. The hub can operate independently or as a consortium, with one prime awardee, and will support innovators nationally regardless of its physical location. Submissions are due by 12:00 PM ET on April 20, 2026.
