Red Hat OpenShift Kubernetes Engine (OKE) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Subscription Licensing and Deployment Support
The NIH Clinical Center intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Trilogy Innovations, Inc. for Red Hat OpenShift Kubernetes Engine and Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscriptions with Premium Confirmed Stateside Support, plus up to 20 hours of expert deployment and configuration services. The software includes 40 Core Band OKE subscriptions and six RHEL Server with Satellite nodes, transferable within NIH’s internal infrastructure. Deployment support covers installation, initial configuration, operationalization for NIH workloads, PAS-X onboarding readiness, architecture review, and knowledge transfer/documentation. This supports the Clinical Center’s transition from paper-based processes and the unsupported StemLab application to PAS-X electronic recordkeeping. The contract is for one year, and responsible sources that believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement, though the Government intends to procure on a sole-source basis.
