The NIH Clinical Center intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to ChemoMetec, Inc. for an annual preventative maintenance and service contract covering seventeen ChemoMetec NC-202 instruments. Services include annual preventative maintenance, calibration, software updates, inspections, troubleshooting, repair support, replacement of proprietary parts, and technical support to maintain validated operating conditions for FDA-regulated cell therapy manufacturing.
