This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Manage Incorporated for IBM hardware and software support services for a Blood Bank Control System. The services will be performed at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD. The period of performance is a twelve-month base period from March 17, 2026, to March 16, 2027. The justification states that Manage Incorporated is the only known source capable of providing these proprietary support services. While not a solicitation, interested parties may submit a capability statement by a specified deadline to demonstrate their ability to provide the required services.
