This is a notice of intent to award a non-competitive contract for specialized consultants to conduct a feasibility review and develop a business plan for a viral vector manufacturing facility. The work involves planning for retroviral, lentiviral, and AAV manufacturing, transitioning to nanoparticles, to support Phase I and early Phase II studies. The services will be performed at the NIH Clinical Center. The acquisition is being conducted using simplified procedures for a purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.
