Claremore Indian Hospital (CIH) is seeking quotes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for to provide service for the Pharmacy Semi-Annual Testing and Certification of IV hoods and Rooms (See Schedule B) at the Claremore Indian Hospital located in Claremore, Oklahoma. A BPA is a simplified method of filling CIH’s anticipated repetitive needs for services by establishing “charge accounts” with qualified sources of supply. BPA’s are designed to reduce administrative costs in accomplishing small purchases by eliminating the need for issuing individual purchase documents. A single BPA will result from this solicitation to the firm who provide the most favorable pricing to the Government. A single award BPA is anticipated as a result of this solicitation. Interested parties who will accept the attached terms and conditions shall submit a complete no later than April 3, 2020 at 3:00 pm CST to Eileen Soban at email: eileen.soban@ihs.gov.
