This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a BPA for stainless steel surgical equipment repairs and sharpening, set aside 100% for small businesses. The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031. Services will be performed at seven specified Indian Health Service facilities in Oklahoma. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, with price being more important than all other factors combined. Offerors must submit completed pricing lists and required documents in accordance with the attached statement of work.
