This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-26-Q-0004 This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220 with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. The Contractor shall furnish, replace, and install a natural gas line with meter and regulator for Generator at Haskell Indian Health Center in Lawrence, Kansas as shown on the drawing and the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The official site visit is January 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. We will meet at the Haskell Indian Health Center at 2415 Massachusetts St., Lawrence, KS 66046. There is a map in attachments. Questions are due no later than January 9, 2026 5:00 p.m. CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is February 02, 2026 COB CST. B) Technically specifications of the statement of work, acceptable materials list to be used. Pursuant to 48 CFR Part 326, Subpart 326.603-3 and IHM 5.5-6, Indian Health Service must use the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, to give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) whenever the use of that authority is authorized and practicable. The Government is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of performing the below Indian Health Services (IHS) requirement.
