This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-25-Q-0067r1. This procurement is 100% Indian owned business set-aside under NAICS code 238160 with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. The Contractor shall place a coating on the existing roof terraces to stop the infiltration of rain water into the building in accordance with the statement of work and drawing at The Clinton Indian Health Center 10321 N. 2274 Rd Clinton, OK 73601. The period of performance for this requirement is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. There is no official site visit however one may be arranged by contacting David Dorety whose information is on page 11 of the clauses. Questions are due no later than September 5, 2025 5:00 p.m. CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is September 10, 2025 COB CST. Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high 2. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with the lowest priced quote 3.
