Evaluation: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (NOV 2021) (completed as follows): (a) The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Substitutes or comparable products will be accepted, if the items meet or exceed the technical requirements being requested. The contractor shall provide customer support with a representative readily available. The contractor shall provide warranty for a period of one year from the date of invoice on products when given normal, proper and intended usage. The contractor shall deliver to Pawnee Indian Health Center at 1201 Heritage Circle, Pawnee, OK 74058 with all products, installation instructions, warranty documents, and In-Service Support.
