This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-24-Q-0058. This procurement is 100% Indian owned business set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a size standard in millions of dollars $45.0. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to provide and install a water service line at 20498 E 185th St. S. Haskell, OK 74436 in accordance with the Statement of Work and drawing. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. There is no official site visit however one may be arranged (see page 11 of the SF 18 and Clauses). Questions are due no later than February 10, 2024 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is March 22, 2024 COB CST.
