The contractor shall provide warranty for a period of one year from the date of invoice on products when given normal, proper and intended usage. The contractor shall deliver to Pawnee Indian Health Center at 1201 Heritage Circle, Pawnee, OK 74058 with all products, installation instructions, warranty documents, and In-Service Support. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order pursuant to the terms and conditions below. Terms and conditions other than those stated will not be accepted.
