This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-24-Q-0007. This procurement is 100% buy Indian set-aside under NAICS code 238210 with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. The Contractor shall provide and install a new wired and auxiliary IP-based wireless nurse call system and remove the old system components throughout the Clinton Indian Health center 10321 N 2274 Rd, Clinton, OK 73601 in accordance with the statement of work, specifications and floor plans. The period of performance for this requirement is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The official site visit is November 29, 2023, 10:30 AM at the Clinton Indian Health Center. Questions are due no later than December 8, 2023 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is December 29, 2023 COB CST.
