This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0147. This procurement is Total Buy Indian Set-Aside under NAICS code 541519. The Indian Health Services intends to make a single/multiple award(s) for IT Backup Software for the Oklahoma Area Indian Health Service. An award shall be made to the offeror providing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation shall proceed as follows: 1. Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high. 2. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with lowest priced quote. 3. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified. It is the responsibility of the offeror to provide sufficient information/documentation demonstrating technical competence to accompanied specifications. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussion. The closing date for receipt of quotes is August 4, 2023. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541519. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The Oklahoma Area Indian Health Services has a requirement for Backup Software for Area Office and 6 field sites. We require software that can replicate backup data to other facilities and also provide a disaster recovery solution. Training must be provided for this software solution. The Indian Health Services intends to award a firm-fixed price award for this requirement. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort and Statement of Work, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
