This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0143. This procurement is 100% buy Indian set-aside under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard in millions of dollars $45.0. The Contractor shall Provide and install glass partitions, metal framing, glass doors in the PRC Department at the Haskell Indian Health Center 2415 Massachusetts street, Lawrence, KS 66046 in accordance with the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. There is no official site visit however one may be arranged by contacting the representatives on pages 10 and 11 of the Request for Quotations Document no later than July 21, 2023. Questions are due no later than July 27, 2023 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is August 8, 2023 COB CST.
