This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0108r1 This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard in millions of dollars $45.0. Contractor shall remove and replace the exterior aluminum clad panels on the east side main entry Marquees/Canopy at the Clinton Indian Health Center, 10321 N 2274 Rd Clinton, OK 73601-9303 in accordance with the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for June 29, 2023, 10:00 AM at Clinton Indian Health Center 10321 N. 2274 RD Clinton, OK 73601-9303. Questions are due no later than July 5, 2023 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 21, 2023 COB CST.
