This modification is to correct an error in the Description. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0090. This procurement is 100% buy Indian set-aside under NAICS code 238210 with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. Contractor shall furnish and install spot light fixtures and pathway lighting in the Flag Pole area at the Pawnee Indian Health Center 1201 Heritage Circle Pawnee, Oklahoma 74058 in accordance with the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for May 08, 2023, 11:00 AM at 1201 Heritage Circle Pawnee, Oklahoma 74058. Questions are due no later than May 12th, 2023 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is June 8, 2023 COB CST.
