This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0053. This procurement is Total Buy Indian Set Aside under NAICS code 532420. The Indian Health Services intends to make a single/multiple award(s) for Copier Lease and Maintenance for Wewoka Indian Health Center. An award shall be made to the offeror providing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation shall proceed as follows: 1. Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high. 2. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with lowest priced quote. 3. This process shall proceed until a technical acceptable quote is identified. It is the responsibility of the offeror to provide sufficient information/documentation demonstrating technical competence. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussion. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The Oklahoma Area Indian Health Services has a requirement for Office Copier Leases for Wewoka Indian Health Center. The Indian Health Services intends to award a firm-fixed price award for this requirement.
