This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0051. This procurement is 100% Buy Indian set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a size standard in millions of dollars $39.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to furnish and install a water main extension and service line for 2515 S Greenwood Road, Yale, Oklahoma 74085. In accordance with the statement of work, drawing and specifications. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for March 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at 2515 S Greenwood Rd Yale, OK 74085. Questions are due no later than March 9, 2023 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is March 23, 2023 COB CST.
