This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0028. This procurement is 100% Buy-Indian set-aside under NAICS code 423110 with a standard business size of 250 employees. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to furnish and deliver outside equipment to the Clinton Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 45 days from the Notice to Proceed. Questions are due 5:00 PM CST, March 17, 2023. Evaluation shall proceed as follows: 1. Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high 2. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical specification and past-performances beginning with the lowest priced quote 3.
