This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-23-Q-0006. This procurement is 100% Buy-Indian set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a standard business size of $39.5 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to furnish and install a lagoon in Mayetta, KS. The period of performance for this requirement is 45 days from the Notice to Proceed. Questions are due no later than December 7, 2022 COB. The closing date for receipt of quotes is 5:00 PM, December 14, 2022. Offers shall be submitted to the Oklahoma Area Indian Health Service, 701 Market Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114 or emailed to Landa.McClure@ihs.gov .
