See attached SF30 for details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0160. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard in millions of dollars $39.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to furnish and install ER cross corridor door assemblies with monitoring cameras for the ER Department at the Claremore Indian Hospital in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for October 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Questions are due no later than October 17, 2022 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is October 26, 2022 COB CST. The offer shall be received by email to jeffrey.earnest@ihs.gov or in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, your name and address, no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, on October 26, 2022.
