This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 246-22-Q-0137 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-5. This is 100% Set-aside under the Buy Indian Act for Native American Small Businesses, NAICS code 33911; the small business size standard is 750 Employees Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-priced all-inclusive quote to provide Brand Name or Equal Products. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable. Evaluation Criteria: The evaluation will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. Must meet all the requirements as stated in the Specifications to be considered technically acceptable. The Indian Health Service will not consider your quote for award if you fail to provide Technically Acceptable- The offeror’s response shall provide conclusive evidence or support their ability to provide the Dental Equipment in accordance with the Specifications. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov. Please note that all parties interested in doing business with the Indian Health Services must be registered in the SAM database. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
