The quotation due date is extended to 8/8/2022, terms and conditions are unchanged. (see attached SF30) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0118. This procurement is 100% small Business set-aside under NAICS code 562998 with a size standard in millions of dollars $14.5. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price to remove the vegetation and debris from a water retention pond, overlay the bottom with river rock and place a barrier between rock and earth to allow for herbicidal maintenance and ease of removing debris at El Reno Indian Health Center 1801 Parkview Dr. El Reno, Oklahoma 73036 in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site visit is scheduled for July 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Questions are due no later than July 18, 2022 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 29, 2022 COB CST. The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals.
