In support to the information in FAR 52.212-1 & FAR 52.212-2 (attached, A.11), prospective contractors shall provide the following: (1) Dun and Bradstreet Number (note: Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). (2) All-inclusive firm fixed-price for Classification Services on a full-time basis at 2080 hour per year. The Oklahoma Area Indian Health Services has a requirement for Classification Services for the Area Office in Oklahoma City. The Indian Health Services intends to award a firm-fixed price award for this requirement.
