This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0112. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a standard business size of $39.5 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to furnish and install a water service line in Payne County. The period of performance for this requirement is 42 days from the Notice to Proceed.
